Most projects are billed on a flat-project basis — once we've scoped the work, you get a fixed price up front, no surprise invoices for extra hours. That said, hourly billing is available for smaller or more open-ended tasks, in which case I'll give you an estimated hourly rate based on the complexity of the work.

No. Once the infrastructure is deployed, you own the digital asset entirely, and I do not charge any mandatory ongoing agency fees. I include 30 days of post-launch support with our core packages to ensure absolute stability.

Ont he other hand, please note that as the owner of the asset, you will be responsible for standard third-party infrastructural costs, such as your annual domain registration/renewal and your ongoing server hosting renewals and similar.

While I offer optional technical retainers for active monitoring and security patching, there are absolutely no hidden fees or forced monthly contracts from my end.

I can make some improvements on closed platforms like Wix, but they're inherently limited by their proprietary code and server restrictions. Because you don't truly own the underlying platform, I typically recommend — and specialize in — migrating from Wix to a custom WordPress  site. That gives you full ownership of your site, more room to grow, and better search visibility.

Yes — once your site is built and paid for, it's entirely yours. You own the code, the content, and the domain (if registered through you). I don't lock clients into proprietary platforms or hold your site hostage behind ongoing fees. If you ever want to move to a different host or developer, you're free to do so at any time.
